The Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida’s no-cost consulting, low-cost training and extensive information resources offer entrepreneurs access to the business solutions that help them grow and succeed. By helping businesses grow, we create a better community for all. E3 has been a community partner in JaxSmallBizHelps since 2012.

Maryland District Office - Small Business Administration
The Maryland District Office is responsible for the delivery of SBA's programs and services to existing and prospective entrepreneurs in Baltimore City and all Maryland Counties, with the exception of Montgomery and Prince George's.

N. Florida District Office - Small Business Administration
The Florida Small Business Development Center at the University of North Florida (FSBDC at UNF), with more than 38 years’ experience, is a leader in providing consulting, training and information to small and medium size enterprises. Designated at “Florida’s provider of small business assistance” in Florida Statute, the FSBDC at UNF serves 18 counties in North Florida. E3 Business Group, Inc. was approved as a SAM (Strategic Alliance Memorandum) Partner in November 2014 until November 2016.

Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition
The Northeast Florida Healthy Start Coalition, Inc. was organized in 1992 as part of a statewide network of community-based organizations to reduce Florida’s high infant mortality and improve the lives of pregnant women and their families. The North Florida Chapter of E3 has been a member of the coalition since 2010.

JA of North Florida
Junior Achievement of North Florida was chartered in 1963 and has since operated on the principal that economic education and workforce preparation contribute to a lifetime of success. E3 is a community partner with the JA Company program for students who are interested in entrepreneurship.

Virginia College
Virginia College provides Programs in health, medical, office administration, business, cosmetology, culinary arts, network engineering and many more career areas. Associate's and bachelor's and degree programs available—in addition to diplomas/certificates that can be completed in as few as 16 months. The organization is working with E3 to create customized internship program.

As the economic development agency for the City of Jacksonville, the Office of Economic Development (OED) aims to develop and execute policies that result in sustainable job growth, rising personal incomes and a broader tax base.
